Somatic Heartwork?

Somatic Heartwork is based on the Pantarei Approach, which is a holistic bodywork methodology that integrates verbal communication, touch, and mindful breathing. Rooted in the Greek philosophy of “panta rhei,” which means “everything flows,” this approach operates on the premise that human beings are in a constant state of evolution, and that we have the capacity to guide this evolution in a positive direction.

Within the framework of the Pantarei Approach, the body, heart (emotions) and mind are viewed as interconnected components of a unified whole. These elements exert mutual influence on each other. Through the practice of Pantarei, you are encouraged to enhance your awareness of your needs and desires. Simultaneously, you are empowered to fortify your innate resources, fostering a greater sense of alignment with both yourself and your surrounding environment.

What does a session look like?

Each Somatic Heartwork session commences with a personal dialogue aimed at exploring the current topics occupying your life. During this conversation, we endeavor to view your present life situation from various angles, allowing space for your emotions and aspirations to emerge. Together, we also establish a specific wish or focus for the remainder of the session.

The subsequent part of the session typically unfolds on a comfortable massage table. Here, we utilize massage techniques, touch, and mindful breathing to bridge what we’ve discussed earlier with your physical sensations and emotions.

We work together to explore what your body wants to teach you.

In this way you gently learn to perceive yourself better and to foster a loving relationship with yourself.

Somatic Heartwork primarily follows a process-oriented approach, which entails delving into a specific theme over multiple sessions. However, single sessions are also possible.

Your initial session typically spans 90 minutes, with subsequent sessions lasting approximately 60 minutes. Sessions can be conducted in either English or German.

Additionally, I offer specialised sessions incorporating raw cacao.
